Spinning, the aggressively paced cycling class ubiquitous to nearly every fitness facility in Western Pennsylvania, continues to grow in popularity. As a result, class instructors are finding ways to make their sessions stand out from the pack and to keep their regular spinners interested. Classes are morphing into hybrids, incorporating moves from other group fitness genres, including everything from yoga to intense stretching to strength training, all in one hour.
